Thank goodness we had earphones because the city was so busy that we would not have been able to hear our guide without them. The tour lasts about 2 hours before entering the museum via skip the line. We still had to wait to get inside but for the number of people, it was very well organised. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence.”
