“Tour guide Carlotte gave very sparse information about the city, but the real issue is the SLOP served in this "food" tour. A "fast-food" panzerotto (calzone) which one could order from Dominoes. A horrific FRIED STALE BURNED PASTA. Some forgettable deli and cheese and then some gelato which could be had anywhere in Italy. Unfortunately there is a lazy tendency to treat tourists in this way, instead... sample local quality tastings with information about the cousine and area. That's not asking too much. Need to do better.”
