“cheeeeese is my friend, and wow, there's an abundance. was so cool to make our own burrata! tour was informative and the products produced were delicious. the rose wine perfectly complimented the cheeses. a bit hard at times to hear the guide, however it is a working farm. Watch out for the thieving farm cats afterwards when you're enjoying your cheeses, they may look cute but they are farm cats and are very quick to jump and snatch your mozza!!”
