English was impeccable and he was funny. Plenty of edutainment made the bus trip and perfect mix of rest and information. He used WhatsApp to communicate with the group as there are many people on the islands and dock. Easy to feel lost but we were treated as adult travelers with options. It was the perfect way to end our time here in Italy.”
